Montezuma Pipeline/Mid-City Pipeline

BES, Ltd. is providing construction management support for the City of San Diego, including project schedule reviews and correspondence related to potentially disputed work.

San Vicente Pipeline

While at the San Diego County Water Authority, supported litigation including preparing interrogatories, percipient and person most knowledgeable (PMK) depositions, and mediation throughout litigation. All legal issues associated with this 11-mile large-diameter pipeline tunnel were ultimately settled prior to trial.

Lake Hodges Pumped Storage Facility

While at the San Diego County Water Authority , supported all facets of multi-party litigation including interrogatories, depositions, mediation and board briefings. Ultimately, all issues associated with the construction of the 8-story underground faciltiy were resolved prior to trial.
