Bousquet Engineering Solutions, Ltd was founded in 2023 by Gary Bousquet, P.E. and has a focus on construction claim support and dispute resolution of heavy civil publics works projects. Mr. Bousquet has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts and over 35 years’ experience in private consulting and public service.
